Work.World.Wellness. first rotation overview

The first term of our Wednesday afternoon Work.World.Wellness. lessons has seen many external speakers visit the school to speak to our students about a variety of topics. Visitors this term have included:

  • Glen Calvert, COO of the global esports organisation FNATIC
  • Simon Aston, Northamptonshire County Council online safety and wellbeing advisor
  • Representatives from Lidl, the National Grid and Farrington's Oils
  • Ed Reeves from Northamptonshire Sport
  • Robin Bone, Senior Lecturer in Financial Services from the University of Northampton

Former England netball captain to visit Manor School

We're delighted to announce that former England netball captain Pamela Cookey will be visiting the school on Wednesday 13 November.

Pamela will be leading a series of netball coaching sessions to students throughout the morning. This will be followed in the afternoon by a presentation to all Year 8 students on the importance and benefits of keeping active.
